This Ahola Shirt is reworked from traditional Japanese Yukata. Easy and relaxed, it’s designed to be worn your way, with a comfortable shape that feels effortless and easy to style.
Each Ahola Shirt is made from a single vintage yukata, and we make just one shirt from each garment. Yukata are traditionally made from lightweight cotton and worn during the warmer months in Japan. We keep the original colours, patterns and little details of each textile, giving these beautiful vintage fabrics a new form to wear today.
