Orders from Kimono Collective may be shipped from Barcelona, Spain or Japan, depending on the location of the item.

Each piece is a one-of-a-kind vintage or upcycled garment, and we take care to package every order safely.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping From Spain

Orders shipped from Barcelona are delivered using SEUR.

Estimated delivery times:

Spain: 24–48 hours

Portugal: 24–48 hours

France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 2–3 business days

Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland: 2–4 business days

Northern Europe (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland): 3–5 business days

United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days


Shipping From Japan

Some items ship directly from Japan depending on inventory location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping service selected.


Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union, or from Japan into the EU, may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
